Conditions of Use

1. General remarks

The Foxwood website is managed by Foxwood sprl (hereafter referred to as Foxwood), Rue de la médaille, 17/1 B-4218 Couthuin - Belgium. The site can be consulted by internauts free of charge and without guarantees by Foxwood.
Use of the site means that the user automatically and irrevocably approves these conditions of use, terms and warning indications present on the site.

2. Discharge from liability

Site content - site data are provided only for information purposes. Although Foxwood makes every effort to disseminate accurate and updated information, it may occur that typing errors are included on the site. Foxwood does not assume any liability regarding such information or regarding any use which the user might make of it. Foxwood reserves the right to make changes and updates to information present on the site, at any time and without prior notice. 4. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction.

Any dispute relating to the Foxwood site is governed by Belgian law. The courts and tribunals of the district of Huy shall have sole jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute, a printed version of these conditions of use and of any attached note delivered in an electronic form will be accepted in any legal or administrative proceedings.

3. Does the site deliver cookies?

The Foxwood site does not deliver session cookies.
